today’s drive on the PCH was fun.
we drove from Half Moon Bay all the way out to Santa Cruz. stops include…
-Fitzgerald Marine Reserve (tidepools WHOO)
-San Gregorio State Beach (which was great because it was actually pretty warm out)
-Whale City Bakery (a restaurant in Davenport that seems to be a stop for bikers… a little awkward for me but I got to meet a bunch of interesting people, including a Scottish biker wearing a racecar suit and ordering lemon bars)
-Swanton Berry Farm (all organic!)
-Duarte’s Tavern in Pescadero (which has the best pies ever and was on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives)
-Cooper Street Plaza Shopping Center in Santa Cruz (American Apparel and Urban Outfitters UNF)
overall a pretty interesting day. people driving the PCH are super chill.
